WP User Frontend uses Appsero SDK to collect some telemetry data upon user’s confirmation. This helps us to troubleshoot problems faster & make product improvements.

Appsero SDK does not gather any data by default. The SDK only starts gathering basic telemetry data when a user allows it via the admin notice. We collect the data to ensure great user experience for all our users.

Integrating Appsero SDK DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY start gathering data, without confirmation from users in any case.

Installation

After having installed the plugin:

1. Click “Install WPUF Pages” after installation for automatic settings installation.
2. Create a form from the form builder. Get the shortcode for a form. Copy and paste that shortcode to a page.
3. Create a new Page “Edit” for editing posts and insert shortcode [wpuf_edit]
4. Create a new Page “Profile” for editing profile and insert shortcode [wpuf_editprofile]
5. To add Login feature, use the shortcode: [wpuf-login]
6. To enable a registration form in the frontend, use the shortcode: [wpuf-registration]
7. Create a new Page “Dashboard” and insert shortcode [wpuf_dashboard]
   To list custom post type event, use [wpuf_dashboard post_type="event"]
8. Set the Edit Page option from Others tab on settings page.
9. To show the subscription info, insert the shortcdoe [wpuf_sub_info]
10. To show the subscription packs, insert the shortcode [wpuf_sub_pack]
11. For subscription payment page, set the Payment Page from Payments tab on settings page.

Why does the “Edit Post” page show “invalid post id”?

This page is for the purpose of editing posts. You shouldn’t access this page directly.
First, you need to go to the dashboard, then when you click “edit”, you’ll be
redirected to the edit page with that post id. Then you’ll see the edit post form.

I actually uninstalled this plugin because I didn’t understand it. The power of this Free Plugin is nothing short of Amazing! Like anything worthwhile there’s a bit of a learning curve without much available how to set it up and understand its functionality. Create taxonomy plugins for custom categories and this will allow users to create custom posts without having access to the backend of your WordPress site. This plugin accomplishes what would have taken months or maybe years of coding in the past. This plugins functionality alone makes it worth a Five Star Rating! All that being said it’s important to know 2 things to save you grief, the first being it uses V2 rCaptcha which didn’t work with Cloudfare CDN, and the other is each widget you place on a form has very important settings within each widget. If your using Elemnetor Pro and create a Single Page Post template it is used with the taxonomy to Auto Generate Post Categories for users. This plugin may be a little primitive compared to many others but that’s because it doesn’t have the large demand because it’s so specialized. I made reference to what may had sounded like a complaint, but my intentions are strictly to help anyone using it to better understand it and avoid difficulties. I built an incredible site with hundreds of pages ready to create 1000’s of pages of Automated posts in one month with this FREE plugin making a huge contribution in making the site functional for its intended purpose. If you are interested in seeing this in action, the site is: contractorsjunction.com. You have to be a contractor or subcontractor to join but you can get the feel of the flow as site user without posting anything. I absolutely love this plugin!

I’ve tried other more expensive plugins to do custom user profiles and postings, but they were too difficult to get things done. Finally, the WP User Frontend Pro solved my problems. Highly recommended.
