Creating a ticket does not work. I understand the author is not developing this any longer but it should be noted that this no longer functions.

Superb plugin. Easy to use and easy to uunderstand.
Needs language pot file (Hop it comes soon)
I was able to change the color brown and yellow. Looks terrible. but i maded. ??
It’s needed a language pot to translate it in local languages.
Best Plugin ever.

Just used this plugins. And I can say that it beats all other helpdesk plugins right out of the water. This free has features that are available only in PRO versions of other plugins. FOr eg. Email piping
And it is extremely easy to configure.
Deserves much more reviews than it currently has.
Thanks again for this wonderful plugin.

It is very functional plugin ever. I’ve toured every helpdesk plugin, but most of them are too buggy. but there are something to improve.
1. When if create a new ticket, it would be better using to search username or email than the first or last name.
2. When searching the name in creating a new ticket, the non-alphabet character didn’t work. so I suggest the above thing.
3. For mobile responsive (in the admin area) is not good because of too many boxes, dropboxes and options. I think it could be better.
4. Default actions are needed.
Anyway, it is still very excellent plugin without considering it’s free. I guess it would be much better with improving the layout design.
This is a great little plugin! I needed a support ticket system that would look good, fit with my Customizer theme, and be responsive. I specifically needed the email piping system, that was a priority for me. I searched and found one other that offered email piping, but I had to pay extra for that. So I came back to this one; I was a bit apprehensive when I saw only 50+ intalls and 2 reviews, but after much nail biting, decided to give it a shot.
So I very nervously installed this plugin .. only to find to my absolute delight that it worked like a dream! And it was so easy to configure … I did not even have to refer to the documentation.
There was a small hiccup with the way the layout displayed in my theme, so I wrote to the developer and within hours he had not only replied, but fixed the problem and advised me to upgrade to the new version. Wow!
When you consider I paid NOTHING for it … because I am using the free version … that speedy support and solution provided was phenomenal.
Thank you David and team, keep up the good work. If you develope any other plugins I am interested in testing them for you.
I liked the concept of this plugin, and its apparent ease of use. That was until I installed and configured it. I ran a test ticket on my site and the button stuck. Clicked it again. Still no response. A few minutes later, I ended up with six tickets in the queue. When I tried working with those ticket, it would freeze up. Overall the operation is just not that great.
Second I don’t like that there is no option to turn off file uploads. I don’t know if at some point I might want that feature, but seems like a spammers paradise.
Finally, I strongly dislike that there is no option for switching between the American and British spelling of Center/Centre. It’s a perception thing. I don’t want my customers thinking my support is outsourced.
So for those reasons I’m out.
