Sorting doesn’t work at all, just display in the same order irrespective of what settings you choose. So it wasn’t suitable for my purpose but might work for something more basic.

We sent an email and got immediate reply, and he was even willing to look into the issue and solve it even though it was not exactly an issue with plug-in. Such responses are quite are and we are happy that we are using the right solutions.

I ran into a problem in setting up the WP Masonry Pro plugin. It just wasn’t working as expected. After a good bit of time trying to figure it out on my own, after reading the fairly detailed support site for WP Masonry Pro, it became apparent I was missing something. I contacted the WP Masonry Pro people and was met with an immediate response and reasonable questions to boot. Within a few emails back and forth the problem was resolved. Thank you.
