• I never leave bad reviews but this one needs it so as to help others:
    I’ve been premium for over a year because of a simple problem. You can’t choose which products or categories to exclude. So you have to give points to all products which make no sense since as a seller there are product that you can’t afford to give points for.
    One needs to be able to give points to certain products/categories. Plus there’s no referral system which is basic!
    Lastly, points don’t show up on cart and check out not even in emails so your customers will just forget about your points.
    Customer service is weak and they take a full day to reply. That’s not premium service.
    I got all my answers from their live chat (pre-sale)pretending to be interested in buying. Sorry guys but that’s the truth!
