Very happy with the fast response on a problem we had with the invoice. Clear instructions and solved correctly. However, really annoyed with the fact we got 3 mail in 3 days asking to write a review. Almost wasn’t going to happen because of this.

Be aware that the support is $129.99 a year and very slow!

Great plugin with a lot of options, but be aware that the support is $129.99 a year!The support reaction speed is very slow. It will take days/weeks for you to get a reaction, and they don’t really help and brush it off with, make contact via our website and pay us an extra $129.99. And even then, the speed of the support is slow of not existing.They said: We were receiving an overwhelming volume of support requests, making it impossible to maintain the high level of service our customers expect within reasonable timeframes.In my case, they have an error/bug in their plugin and I need to pay them $129.99 to be able to send a ticket and for them to maybe solve the error/bug in their plugin…Yeah, I say no.So be aware!

Maximum Products per User not reliable

We don’t use many of the huge range of options, but I recently tried turning on Maximum Products per User. This was to stop our members from ordering a product more than once. It’s a lottery as to whether it works or not, and I have just had a case where it was triggered incorrectly. Needs a bit of work. Also I have turned on payment gateways per product category, but it doesn’t do anything.

Thank you very much!A periodic update would have been very helpful for managing expectations, but the fact that you fixed it at all is fantastic. Your diligence is much appreciated! Previous review:I’ve been waiting for an update or direction for three weeks and they just keep dragging their feet. The plugin is great when it works, but support seems nonexistent.
