Alleard has left the building. Very poor. No supports, yet users can still buy addons which don’t work. There is no way to contact Alleard. He’s offered no support for well over 6 month

Edit: It works, but the documentation and support are horrible. The way that the premium addon for importing attributes works is counter-intuitive and not really as described in the docs, and you need to decipher how the import file needs to be imported from both the docs and the sales page. It can be done though.

This plugin saved me a lot of time. It took me a couple of tries to get the headings right but got there in the end. It even imported the product gallery images. I did an import once before by moving columns around in excel to get the information in the right place but with this plugin you don’t have to do that – it matches it all up for you! I didn’t try the variable product upload as the data I have looks nothing like WordPress variations but I’m happy to do that by hand.

I bought Woocommerce CSV import attributes and Woocommerce CSV import custom fields I need to change 5000 prices in bulk as the pound has dropped… This plugin only download the database PARTIALLY we need to update WooCommerce Wholesale Prices urgently and the meta key we need to update doesn’t get updated. We tried to open tickets and send emails but we are constantly ignored… I bet the only solution at the moment is to gethttps://woocommerce.com/products/product-csv-import-suite/

The essentials are not there. The custom attributes of the woocommerce product will not be imported unless you pay.

I purchased the “Variable product” add-on back in 2013, and would like to update it so it works with the latest WooCommerce. About 4 weeks ago, I’ve sent the author several e-mails with my original receipt asking for an updated version. Up until today I haven’t received ANY reply whatsoever. First I thought that maybe my e-mail didn’t get through, so I’ve sent another e-mail (3 weeks ago). This time with an e-mail tracking code: Within a few hours, the plugin author has opened my e-mail twice. So the e-mail definitely works… but like I said: no response whatsoever. Morale of the story: If you’d like to keep your plugins up-to-date without paying every time, you’d better go elsewhere.
