- Can I embed videos from places other than youtube?

Yes. Anywhere you can get an embeded link from.
- Where can I find basic instructions or a tutorial?

Simply create a new VCP post from the admin panel, and the default video will be a tutorial video on how to use the plugin.
- Can I move my chat stream to another page?

Unfortunately no. Google+ links the url of the page to the chat, so changing the url will use a different chat stream
