3) Allows you to change the status of the TopBar (If dynamic or fixed).
4) Allows the user to remove it or not with an \”X\”.

Installation
1) Download the plugin from the WordPress directory or download it here and upload into / wp-content / plugins / folder
2) Install the plugin on your site and activate it
3) On the WordPress menu you will find a new section and start managing your top bar
