Just a year ago I got several personal replies from the support team for the free plugin version. Nowadays you can post only on the support forum and wait for weeks… Really a pity!

Love the way the team page looks. However, team ordering does not work. Says saved on the team ordering screen once a person is moved but does not display in that order on actual site. Any input from support would be greatly appreciated! Maybe it is the theme I am using?? We are considering switching to another webhost for minor reasons, staff page being one of them.

Love how this looks. Gives me a hard time on DIVI but worked out nicely in the end.
The plugin is easy to use and I asked some advice to customize it to meet my need and the support team answered me quickly (approx. 2 days) with a detailed answer for each of my questions.

I have purchased a premium plugin previously to display a staff/team directory but as I have recently re-designed my website, I wanted something that looked more upmarket, but was quick and straightforward to set up. Team WD fit this requirement perfectly – it allowed me to display multiple profiles in a grid with a neat flyout display. I’m 100% satisfied with the product and the documentation is easy to follow. Highly recommended.
