You can answer them through the backend.
This plugin is not a dependent version of the plugin Ask Me.

Download plugin through the wordpress included plugin downloader.
Activate plugin in plugin tab.
Set settings plugin in Setting menu WordPress.
Place the [qa] shortcode in one of your posts.
