Installation
Automatic Installation
Automatic installation is the easiest option — WordPress will handle the file transfer, and you won’t need to leave your web browser.
To do an automatic install of PreloadX – Custom Preloader, follow these steps:
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.
- In the search field, type PreloadX – Custom Preloader, then click Search Plugins.
- Once you find the plugin, click Install Now. WordPress will take care of the rest.
- After installation, click Activate to enable the plugin.
Manual Installation
If you prefer to install manually, you can download the plugin and upload it to your server via FTP.
Follow these steps for manual installation:
- Download the PreloadX – Custom Preloader plugin zip file from the WordPress repository.
- Using your preferred FTP application, upload the plugin folder to your WordPress site’s /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Once uploaded, go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
