It did take me a couple of days to understand this plugin and get it working, once I’d bought the Display Options addon and got access to the very prompt and helpful support that made a big difference. I had used Regonline for event registration for our community event for 12 years and am gutted that its been bought by a competitor and closed down. Looking for a solution I’m really glad to have found OpenTickets. I really like that it uses Woocommerce and when you get the Display Options addon you can view tickets in your woocommerce shop. For me its forced me to find another, and better page builder in Elementor. OpenTickets is not yet compatible with Gutenberg and causes Beaver Builder to hang when publishing a page. The upshot of a lot of time and effort is that we now have a better looking website and a lower cost and probably better ticketing solution. Well worth the effort. So do persist, do watch their videos and do buy an addon to get support.

So we have a project, even at this moment running this plugin, and even bought a paid version, which costs around 500 usd a year, but sadly this developer doesn’t care about his project. This product is insanely complicated to use, and major of the functionality is not polished/finished. Writing this review to help you avoid this plugins, since I am my self at this moment going to look for an alternative. Good luck.
Hello,
After installing the plugin I have the following message:
Warning: Parameter 2 to get_post_type::hide hidden posts_where() expected to be a reference, value given in /htdocs/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286
I am under PHP 7.2.
Do you have a solution to this?
Thanks !

I bought 2 times (2 Yrs) their plugin open ticket display option with annual tech support. Their support doesn’t exist. You will be waiting for answer from them forever.
