Thanks so much. Luckily I had an old version of ninja forms still active. Not a perfect conversion, but certainly saved me a bunch of time!

Plugin installs, but no forms appear to be migrated

I used it on WP 4.9.4 and it works fine.
I migrated all forms from ninja to gravity forms.
It saved me a lot of time.
