Recommended installation for Online Booking & Scheduling for WordPress by vcita
- Connect to WordPress admin panel
- Click the “Plugins” menu on the left and choose “Add New”.
- Search for “Online Booking & Scheduling for WordPress by vcita” and install it.
- After the plugin installation has finished, activate the plugin and click on the “let’s get started” button to create your account on vcita.
- Navigate to the “Add to Site” tab and customise your widget look and feel.
- Navigate to the settings tab and click on the “Start Wizard” button. Set up your scheduling preferences using vcita’s super friendly scheduling wizard.
- That’s it. Now Your clients can book with you.

Can clients book an appointment with me outside my working hours?

When using online scheduling your clients will be able to book an appointment at any time. However, you can customize your hours of availability to your liking. By default the working days & hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Can I sync my calendar with vcita?

Yes, vcita’s calendar enables you to sync with all other calendars such as Gmail, iCal, Outlook etc. With a click of a button your vcita calendar will be integrated to your prepared calendar. You will be able to see all the meetings that are scheduled on vcita, and most importantly avoid double bookings.
