Just ran this on a wordpress install wp version 5.3.2 (jan 15 2020).
All I did was import and attach the images in posts.
I did not use any of the other plugin functionality.
It worked on 100% of images.
No idea if other functionality still works, but providing this info in case it helps others.

It works very well! I love the option to download all external images.

Just doesn’t work at all. I don’t even get an error or anything, it appears to work, but it just doesn’t replace my external images.

I was searching for my solution to get rid of this problem then finally i found this from somewhere reference i can’t believe it solved my issue and i’m really happy i don’t know how to thanks for this plugin.
I came from blogger to wordpress that’s why i was feeling issue with it.
