While i think a ‘Proof of Work’ captcha is an innovative idea, bypassing the JSMiner captcha is trivial, so I don’t expect it to work in its current form as a real alternative to the standard captcha.
The problem is that when placing a comment, the Submit button is disabled in the browser. The button can be enabled without any problem using the ‘Inspect Element’ function and removing the ‘disabled’ attribute from the input field.
Hello all,
I try this plugin on 2site for the moment.
Is work, and simple to start.
But, the popup is not good, need z-index and the cross is not work.
The plugin is not perfect with a wp-rocket and other plugin for cache.
But, is the best plugin for mine on wordpress.
Thanks

great tool!
any developer that allows the miner to run in the background WITHOUT informing users is acting very irresponsibly
from Coin Hive:
Our goal was to offer a viable alternative to intrusive and annoying ads that litter so many websites today. These ads are not only a distraction to end users, but also provide notoriously unpredictable and non-transparent revenue numbers. We set out to change that.
[…]
We’re a bit saddened to see that some of our customers integrate Coinhive into their pages without disclosing to their users what’s going on, let alone asking for their permission. We believe there’s so much more potential for our solution, but we have to be respectful to our end users.
[…]
It’s probably too late to do anything about the adblockers that already prevent our current JavaScript from loading. Instead, we will focus on a new implementation that requires an explicit opt-in from the end user to run. We will verify this opt-in on our servers and will implement it in a way that it can not be circumvented. We will pledge to keep the opt-in in tact at all times, without exceptions.
this tech could be a game-changer for monetizing web content, but nonsense like this – where it’s allowed to run in the background with no opt-in – is only going to result in more of what we’re already seeing: blacklisting by AV companies and ad-blockers … and likely WordPress as well
