Plugin won’t install

The Ibtana Website builder plugin fails to install due to an error stating that a folder already exists. I have deleted the parent folder so I know it doesn’t exist but it still won’t install: An error occurred while installing Ibtana – WordPress Website Builder:?Destination folder already exists. H:/root/home/mdmbaby-002/www/pcdems/wp-content/plugins/ibtana-visual-editor/. This means that the Pro theme version which I purchased, won’t work as it the site fails in an error when I click on ‘Customize’ the page. I’m also running up to date PHP and WordPress software. I don’t have problems with any other plugin installs but this one.
