I’ve submitted two support messages, one today and another a few weeks ago. I don’t expect today’s support question to be addressed but looking at the support forum not only did my previous question go unanswered (i figured out the solution myself) but I see several other support questions that haven’t been addressed and are 1-3 months old.

Simple but it works great. Works on registered users only. Only minor criticism is that I think the ‘Fee’ label in the checkout is a little vague.
