Yes, just click the download button it will contain all the fields of the WooCommerce customer

Can I save the fields I need in the exported CSV

Yes, you can save the fields needed, so next time when you will download only the selected field will be exported to the csv

Can I modify the label of the exported CSV fields

Yes, In the PRO version you can modify the field labels and save it too, so when you will download the CSV it will have the modified fields that way you can directly use this csv in your external system

I want to receive the exported customer CSV in email

Yes, you can do this, just enter your email and it will send exported csv list as an attachment in the email twice daily. and the list will contain all the customers in your site

I don’t want to receive emails Twice daily, can I change the frequency of the email

Yes, In the PRO version you can change the frequency of the customer list email that you receive. You can set the frequency to be Hourly, Twice Daily, Daily, or Weekly

CSV that I receive contains all the customer in my site, can I receive customer registered in that time interval

Yes, In the pro version you will only receive the customer registered during that particular time interval. So if you have set the Weekly, you will receive one email at an interval of 7 days and will contain a list of customer registered curing that interval of 7 days

I want to modify the subject and the message of the email

Yes, as it is extracted from the order placed by the customer, so if some customer has placed multiple orders then there record will repeat in the CSV

I want to download all the guest customer whose order status is processing

Yes you can do that in the pro version, pro version allows you to download guest customer based on their WooCommerce Order status

I want to export customers from WooCommerce, all at once

In the pro version you can do that for the registered customer, just leave the “Registration done between field empty and it will get all customers from WooCommerce

If you want to download WordPress user, that is export users other then customer

You can do so in the PRO version it allows you to select the user role whose record you will like to download

I am using a plugin WhatsApp number, I want to download that from the CSV (Registered user)

In the Pro version, there is an option that allows you to add extra user meta field in the list of rows to extract in the CSV, using this option you can add an extra field that you want to extract, (We have given you the list WooCommerce meta fields)
Step 1: Get the name of the user meta field that you want to add in csv (and make sure that field is not present in our given list)
Step 2: Add that name on the left side form
Step 3: Go to the “select field to add in CSV”
Step 4: Your added field will appear in the list, select it and save it

Very Basic

I had hoped that I could create reports that were a bit more than WooCommerce’s standard ones. I was able to get the full details of addresses etc., but that was really about all. I did email for a bit of clarity as it looked like I could perhaps add other fields (and maybe you can) but their explanation was not at all helpful, and when I asked them to explain a bit better, the next email didn’t help either. I’m happy I can now download more customer details, but I likely should have bought another plugin.

While I appreciate that developers need to make money and some features need to be held back to encourage purchases….this plugin limits you to download 30 ‘guest’ customers at a time! That’s preposterous for a variety of reasons, not the least of which being that the 30 customer limit makes downloading more than 30 customers very labor intensive. If I wanted to do a lot of manual labor, I’d copy and paste the data out of the “customers” report that’s built into WooCommerce. Also, this plugin is chock full of reminders about what you can’t do, lots of clever graphics and icons, and seems extraordinarily promotional. I personally don’t care for that. Finally, the plugin takes a fairly long time to download registered customers, and I’m not sure it worked when I tried it.
