Nice plugin, I like that it has a couple of settings so you can uncheck the support for shortcodes if you’re using a 4.9+ version of WP which now natively supports shortcodes….
However, the ‘nag’ message about another plugin by the developer is highly annoying and does not have an easy way to dismiss as most other notifications do.
I’d be happy to upgrade my opinion and review if the next update to this plugin provides a way to dismiss this message. As is, I found annoying enough to replace it with a different plugin.

Honestly I am not actually using your plugin, rather the code behind it. I knew this was possible, just couldn’t figure out the correct filters. This plugin saved me a ton of research. I’ll be dropping those two code snippets into all my themes moving forwards! Nice work…
