Emarketplaceservices (EMS) (https://www.emarketplaceservices.com) live shipping rate module is a plugin that adds support to WooCommerce for emarketplaceservices.

With EMS, you no longer need to log into different marketplace admin pages at daily basis to manage your orders or inventories. EMS helps you to automates your business workflow so that you can save time/money.

EMS integrates with shipping providers such as eShipper, ChitChats, StallionExpress, Stamps, EasyPost, Spee-Dee, CanadaPost, UPS, Purolator etc, so the best shipping rate is just one click away.

After installing the plugin your customers will be able to see calculated shipping rates from EMS during the checkout. The plugin automatically calculates shipping rates for your customers by using the weights you provide on each of your products.

You are also able to add filters to the services provided by the carriers. You can also add markups to the shipping rates, or even provide free shipping based on the purchasing total.

Installation

You should have the following information ready before the installation:

1. Your EMS login Email.
2. The EMS API token. Can be generated from your EMS profile page.
3. Your WooCommerce channel ID. You can view it by clicking the settings button of your WooCommerce card in EMS.

Once you have the above information ready, following the following steps to install and activate the plugin:

1. Download the plugin and activate it
2. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
3. Enable the EMS Live Shipping Rate Module
4. Fill in the API URL: https://api.emarketplaceservices.com/client/api/v1/carriers/query
5. Fill in your EMS email, API token and Channel ID

FAQ

Do I need to install your software? Any special system requirements?

EMS is a cloud-based service, only requires a browser and a printer (to print shipping labels). We recommend you to use a thermal label printer to print shipping labels. However regular ink or laser printer works too. We recommend Google Chrome.

Do I need to install browser plugins in order to print the label on my Zebra label printer?

No, you don’t need to install any browser plugin, you can print the labels directly from your browser.

What are the supported carriers?

We currently support Stamps.com, EShipper, EasyPost, Spee-Dee, Stallion Express, Chitchats, UPS, Purolator and Canada Post. More carries to come!

I am in Canada, but I use USPS to ship my packages, can I use EMS?

Yes! You can register a Stamps.com or easypost account, which allows you to print USPS labels, then register a ChitChats or Stallion Express account, when you print shipping labels, we automatically submit the shipment information to either ChitChats or Stallion Express, no more manual uploads.
