Installation

Minimum Requirements

• PHP 7.4 or greater is recommended
• MySQL 5.6 or greater is recommended

You can install the EazyDocs from your WordPress Dashboard or manually upload it through cPanel/FTP.

OPTION 1: Install the EazyDocs Plugin from WordPress Dashboard

1. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New.
2. Search for ‘EazyDocs’ and click on the Install button to install the plugin.
3. Activate the plugin in the Plugins menu.
4. Optional step: configure the plugin in the Admin menu, in EazyDocs -> Settings.

OPTION 2: Manually Upload Plugin Files

1. Download the plugin file from the plugin page: eazydocs.zip.
2. Upload the ‘eazydocs.zip’ file to your ‘/wp-content/plugins’ directory.
3. Unzip the file eazydocs.zip (do not rename the folder).
4. Optional step: configure the plugin in the Admin menu, in EazyDocs -> Settings.

I bought the Pro Max version and use it in combination with the Docy theme from the same developers. It is a great setup geared towards an optimal reading experience. The combination of footnotes, next/prev buttons, glossary, and front-end collaboration features are unique. No other Knowlegde Base, Wiki or documentation plugin comes close. On top of that they have a very responsive support team that is willing to help and really looks into your specific situation to come up with a solution. They release fixes and new features frequently.

Начинаешь установку плагина и сразу же проблемы… Пока только начал работу и уже конфликты с сайтом, предпреждения… делаю на тестовой версии и понимаю, что все рисковано! И самое главное – сразу же требуют отзыв – видимо очень агрессивная команда…. Пока все не хорошо!You start installing the plugin and immediately there are problems… I have just started working and there are already conflicts with the site, warnings… I’m doing it on the test version and I understand that everything is risky! And most importantly, they immediately demand a review – apparently a very aggressive team…. So far, everything is not good!

I initially had some issues with the plugin, particularly when it came to its compatibility with the FAQ section. I reached out to support but didn’t receive an immediate response, which was a bit concerning as we were considering switching themes. However, they got back to me quickly afterward and offered to customize the plugin to meet my specific needs. I genuinely appreciate the effort they’re putting in now to help my platform. Outside of the initial support delay, the plugin is great, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the customization improves our experience
