a nice and very handy plugin, easy to handle and with a lifetime price much more attractive than pugins with ongoing renewal costs.The update policy of AYS is extremly quick, so I am looking forward to see more improvements soon, e.g. a text tool without answer box to add additional text inside the form. But even now, it is worth the buck.
