You can use it for production, If you want to delete text you will delete the field and you can get it back.

I got a message from Google and therefore opened a support ticket. Since I still hadn’t received a feedback after 1 week I wrote directly to the support. In the further mails I got all sorts of things, even that my ticket was answered the next day (with a screenshot from a support tool), but I never received this mail. I do not recommend this plugin, because the support by the developer is the worst I ever had!

Don’t understand all the negative ratings. I use the free version and it still works perfectly for me in July 2019. I have not found an alternative or anything that does what this plugin can do. Thanks for development! Cheers Florian

This is exactly the simple solution I was looking for to add ratings to my site. Love it.

Support is absolutely terrible. Avoid this plugin

This plugin doesn’t feel well-built. I get lots of errors, it stops working if I update settings, and data disappears when I save half the time…
