There’s no toggling option for the notification. There’s massive white space under the bar which they make you pay to remove. It’s pretty broken at this point, it took me copying and pasting the message into the content box and updating over 4 times for it to keep. (The content keeps disappearing and not saving)
I would definitely look elsewhere.

Not a lot of standard features. No toggle. No positioning options. Sticky only. Height adjustment in premium version (which is by design because default CSS padding is awful). Most things can be fixed if you want to use jQuery or CSS, otherwise try another plugin.
It works as advertised, but the close “x” is bigger than the bar and the plugin tries to set its own font.

Needed a plugin to visually attract users for my monthly news updates. Love the customizable styles and features of this plugin and the price was awesome.
