Regarding the exclamation marks, anytime this issue appears, you have to go to Tools and run Repair Database and Text.
We are still looking into why the icons aren’t showing properly.

I just tried to make a test reservation and everything worked properly. The button did worked and returned a message.

Since you are using a calendar with days, hours cannot be configured. With Pinpoint you can use calendars with days or hours but not both on the same time.
A workaround will be to use the “morning checkout” option from calendar >edit calendar settings. In this way the days will be split in two and the users will be able to check-in Saturday afternoon and checkout Saturday morning.

Yes, this possible by grouping the days in your calendar. When you create the availability in your calendar, select the period you want to be fixed (from Saturday to Saturday) and check the “group days” option (the last option).
In this case customers will only be able to book the entire group.

Yes, your customers can create reservation requests without a price. If this is not possible in your case means that there is another problem.
If possible please provide a link with a page where the calendar is displayed.
