1. Download the plugin and activate it in your WooCommerce account
2. Sign up at Quipu or synchronize your account if you have already one
3. Fill the API access codes in your page

This plugin requires that you have an account created in both WooCommerce and Quipu.

Installation

Follow the steps listed below to install the Quipu plugin for WooComerce

1. Download the plugin and upload it to your website
2. Go to your WordPress dashboard and, on the left side, click on “Plugins”
3. Click on “Upload plugin” and look for it in your downloads (it is a .zip file)
4. Once this is done, go to the “WooCommerce” section on the left and select “Settings”, then “Integrations”
5. Here, you will be asked for the API key and secret that you have in your Quipu account
6. Enter into your Quipu account or sign up here
7. Go to account settings and then to the “Integrations” tab
8. Here you will find the keys that you must fill in your WooCommerce to connect both accounts
9. Configure the rest of the plugin information, like the numbering of invoices or the synchronization of previous data, and everything will be ready!

You can also find the plugin by using the search. Go to Plugins > Add New > and type “Quipu”.

Once done, you have connected Quipu with WooCommerce and you can start controlling your entire billing easily and quickly!

Promete, pero decepciona

Lo cierto es que la idea es muy buena. Resulta curioso que hagan campa?as de publicidad cuando no es compatible con WooCommerce desde la versión 3. Teniendo en cuenta la cuota de mercado de WooCommerce no entiendo como no es compatible para sincronizar las ventas y facturas. Si hiciera todo lo que dice hacer no tendría ningún problema en pagar la cuota de suscripción. Espero que estos comentarios ayuden a que se pongan las pilas para hacerlo compatible con WooCommerce.

El soporte eres tu, o inexistente

Después de una semana con Quipu, he de decir que mi experiencia como usuario es horrible. Problemas desde el primer momento, las facturas no se crean, la publicidad indica que sincroniza con woocommerce, mentira. Cuando les pides explicaciones ni te preguntan que usas en tu web, ni dan soporte técnico real. Y ya para colmo el supuesto feedback positivo es decirte que seas tu, quien arregle las cosas… deplorable servicio , lastima por que es una aplicación que promete, con muchas carencias, pero si el soporte y el interés fueran buenos o medianamente buenos esta aplicación funcionaria no mejor, simplemente funcionaria.

Quipu es incompatible con otros plugings y no lo avisan

Hola, si quieres instalar Quipu, tal vez deberías saber, cosa que la gente de quipu no avisa, que es incompatible con todos los plugins que puedas tener instalados de facturación, como por ejemplo factura. Que quiere decir esto? Pues que cuando instales quipu, olvidate de que los emails de tu woocommerce envien la factura. Ya que quipu no tiene esta función por lo que no se van a enviar nunca mas las facturas. Quedas avisado, woocommerce no gestionará nunca mas esas cosas con quipu. Experiencia de usuario real muy decepcionado. Además el soporte es exclusivamente por chat, no responden a tiempo o tarde. Un horror.

Funciona perfecto para ver en tiempo real las ventas desde mi Woocommerce en Quipu y tener todos los datos de mi empresa en un mismo programa!
