Contact Form 7 City Field Extension

Description

This plugin provides one new tag types for the Contact Form 7 Plugin. City Field Extension adds a text input field to Contact Form 7, and monitors that field for character entries. As the user enters text, autocomplete returns place predictions in the form of a dropdown pick list. Autocomplete is a feature of the Places library in the Google Maps JavaScript API.

How to use it

After installing and activating the plugin, the Contact Form 7 tag generator will have one new tag type: City Field Extension. Most of the options will be
familiar to Contact Form 7 users. Go to the demo page.

Installation

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

1. Download and install the Plugin
2. Upload the plugin folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
4. You will now have a “City Text Field” tag option in the Contact Form 7 tag generator
5. Insert your Google Maps Api Key in the settings.

does not work well. very buggy. Premium version 1.2 is updated to the free version 1.3, and you lost everything. And the support does not answer for more than a month. Considering testing “dco address field for contact form 7” which are updated more often, and most of it, that works for me. Forget this plugin ??

Quanto utilizei a primeira vez em meu servidor local wampserver funcionou, porém após publicar o site n?o. O problema era com a API do google maps, mas o plugin n?o exibia as op??es de configura??o para que pudesse adicionar a chave. Só foi possível faze-lo funcionar inserindo a chave direto no código do plugin. Translate: How much I used the first time on my local server wampserver worked, however after publishing the site did not. The problem was with the google maps API, but the plugin did not display the configuration options so I could add the key. It was only possible to make it work by inserting the key directly into the plugin code.

The plugin needs to provide more customization options. It is not possible to translate the placeholder for example.
