This plugin adds Star Rating fields to Contact Form 7.

Installation

1. Upload plugin files to your plugins folder, or install using WordPress built-in Add New Plugin installer
2. Activate the plugin
3. Edit a form in Contact Form 7
4. Choose “Star Rating” from the Generate Tag dropdown
5. Follow the instructions on the page

Almost works… keep trying.

Plugin is almost there, but doesn’t allow you to set the field as required. Hopefully the developers will figure it out. Would love to use it.
