Do I have to pay to see my form submissions?

No, Ninja Forms does not paywall submissions. You can view, edit, export, and more from Ninja Forms > Submissions with the core, free plugin. No purchase necessary.

Is Ninja Forms GDPR compliant?

Yes. All user submitted data is stored locally on your server only, unless you expressly configure the plugin to send it elsewhere, for example via an email action. We never see or collect any user submitted data, nor do we act as Data Controllers or Data Processors per GDPR Article 4 for any data submitted by users of the forms you create. Your forms can be configured to flag and/or not record Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on a per form basis. If you do collect PII using Ninja Forms, you can automate export or delete data requests.

Is Ninja Forms HIPAA compliant?

Ninja Forms can be and is used on sites that require HIPAA compliance, but overall compliance depends on factors outside of the control of any WordPress form builder.

Can I send email with Ninja Forms?

Yes! Any number of emails can be sent to any number of recipients anytime a contact form is submitted. Every email triggered by a contact form submission can be customized in the form builder, including the presentation of the form submission data. Attachments are supported (and can include file uploads from the form). These form emails can also be sent conditionally based on specific triggers, and can be set up to include a PDF copy of the form.

Edit: As of 14-10 i have recieved support from a level-2 technician (Nicolas) which fixed our mailchimp addon issueI should probably have requested for escalation myself, but them approaching me (probably because of this very review) was much appreciated.We no longer have a critical error 500, and i’ll be continuing with NF and our project happilyI still think that the logic/conditional plugin should be updated to support the seperate billing/shipping adress of woocommerce, or if it already does that this should be better documented.Original review: ??? (leaving here for context)Title: “Not great plugin, Worse support”NinjaForms, while it filled the gap i needed for user registration, is not what i expected it to be.Some of the things i would associate with basic settings like.. you know allowing people to have seperate billing and shipping adresses, you’d have to muck around with the coding since you cant say “use field 1 unless field 2, then use field 2′” Besides that, Their MailChimp addon uses deprecated code. This isn’t “the worst evil” but some plugins like our pagebuilder, BreakDance, Really do not like any deprecation and will escalate it to an error 500 critical failure.I mailed their support about it just to be told that deprecations arent critical and that i should use the troubleshoot plugin… I know exactly what the issue is. I literally said so in my mail.And then they have the gaul to ask for a 5 star rating and send a link which only shows 5 star reviews. (hey uh next time just send the link and hide the ?filter=5 that way it wont be blatantly obvious. just saying.) Wow. And yeah, they can’t read sarcasm either.
