1. Upload the raek-real-time-identification folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

2. Activate the “RAEK Real-Time Identification” plugin in your WordPress administration interface.

3. Register and get your FREE API Key from RAEK

4. Activate RAEK by adding your API Key and completing the setup process.

What Information does RAEK collect?

With our proprietary targeting system, we cross-reference web traffic with online fingerprints against our database to identify users for you so that you can improve your marketing efforts. We also help collect information on direct consumer purchases, which we add into a custom vault so that it’s there when you’re ready to do some marketing!

I’ve been testing this service across a few sites I manage and the results have been exceptional. It obviously isn’t going to capture 100% of visitors contact information who don’t fill out forms but on some sites I’m seeing 30+ new leads per day without having to do anything outside of the two-minute setup. I will be installing this service on every website moving forward.

I have requested in two ways (email and ticket opening) to delete my account from app.raekdata.com. There is no option to delete a user account.
