There are a few basic requirements to get approved for Google Shopping. Making sure your store meets these basic requirements can help with getting your products on Google faster. These policies are meant to ensure customers have a great shopping experience in your WooCommerce store!

• Return and refund policy: include a return and refund policy page that is clear and easy to find (e.g. link to policy in website footer or header). More info here. (Whether your store provides returns/refunds is OK! Just make sure to clearly state this)
• Contact information: include accurate contact information, including 2 of the 3: email, phone number, or physical address. More info here.

What if my store is not approved and I have already paid?

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee
If we can’t get your store approved on Google Ads & Marketing in 30 days we will refund 100% of your money. This does not apply in situations where the customer refuses to come into compliance with the stated policies and requirements of Google to get the store approved for Google Shopping. Disapprovals resulting from customer refusal to abide by the policies and requirements of Google will result in refunds being limited to unused Ad Spend.

How does billing work?

Your Kliken automation fee and any Smart Shopping campaigns you run are billed monthly to help keep your product ads online. You will be billed the same amount each time for the package level you choose. This way you know the exact costs of your campaign each month.

If you are running a Smart Shopping campaign your ads will start serving as soon as your store is approved on Google Ads & Marketing. Once your store is approved on Google Ads & Marketing your monthly budget will be served on a daily basis for the next 30 days, making sure your marketing is evenly distributed through the 30 day period and also that you never go over budget.

Your subscription auto renews 30 days after your ads start generating clicks unless you cancel it.

If for some reason your store does not get approved we will refund you 100% of your money. This does not apply in situations where the customer refuses to come into compliance with the stated policies and requirements of Google to get the store approved for Google Shopping. Disapprovals resulting from customer refusal to abide by the policies and requirements of Google will result in refunds being limited to unused Ad Spend.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Google Ads & Marketing for WooCommerce is a contract free service. You can cancel your subscription at any time under the Manage section. When a campaign is cancelled, it will continue to run the remainder of the billed month, or until it has used the remaining Google Ads & Marketing balance.

I am deeply disappointed with Kliken’s e-commerce campaign services. The campaigns have utterly failed, and an external consultation revealed an irreversible “Misrepresentation” error in my merchant center. Kliken’s lack of transparency and poor communication have exacerbated the issue, leaving me in the dark until now. This experience has severely diminished my trust in Kliken, and I advise others to seek more reliable digital marketing services. I hope that, at least, they will process my refund request in ticket #332211 without delays.

First it looked promising. Had a telco with Jason, “my personal rep”. Analysed the goals etc. Started 2 campaigns: 1 Kliken Adds 250 € and 1 Facebook 150€. Ran for 2 weeks. Not one single sale. Not even any info about sales on the Kliken Adds report. Wrote to Jason twice, no reply. Stopped campain and asked for refund. Support says they need 2 working days to check. It’s 3 weeks and 2 more inquiries later now. No refund, no more reply. Just one big scam. Stay away! It’s not worth one cent…

I have bought a campaign for 300$. Kliken could not get my campaign approved and the support has been not helpful at all. I asked for a refund of the 300$ and the customer service just wouldnt answer anymore. Scammers!!!

They tell me that my website is not verified with Google, when I ask for a refund my campaign is suddenly working and costing me $5 a click. Very quick to take your money, but very slow & poor customer service. Unable to cancel my subscription and can not remove my credit card details. Wordpress should not allow these people to operate on their platform.

Horrible, horrible, just horrible! Spent money to have my free listing on Google, guest what? Didn’t work. Spend money on google ads, guess what? Not even one sale. $250 wasted. Very poor customer service too. Really frustanting. Please, take my advice, run your own Google Ads, it is simple and effective. Just had 3 sales with 50% of the budget spent on this horrible Kliken platform. I believe they are spam and only brings bots to your site. Don’t use it!
