    I installed and connected my site to NitroPack two days ago. It was working brilliantly for about 12 hours but then it can not optimize anymore.

    All pages get a “forbidden” message due to “403: your server did not allow us to optimize this page”. And I have whitelisted all NitroPack IPs.

    And I get …. Either NitroPack.io is not fully installed on your site, or our service was not able to optimize your home page in a reasonable time frame.

    I tried to reach the help desk twice with no success. I was gonna upgrade to a paid plan.

    There were some discrepancies in the list of IPs that need to be whitelisted. Please check the updated list and let us know how it works out.
