    This company is not accepted by most of the MLS. They told my client they would give him free service until they were excepted in South Florida. Then they charged his card multiple times, and never even tried to get excepted into South Florida. In short their MLS feature does not work in almost every major area, and they have unethical billing practices. Don’t walk, run from this real estate plugin.

    We at Clicksold do apologize for any confusion that you and your client experienced with our product.
    During the many conversations we had via email and our chat system, we did try our best to communicate the proper course of action for the client to take in this matter, including when he asked that if his board was not supported if he would have to pay, and we indicated that he would. We do not offer free platinum subscriptions to any of our clients. The account was never downgraded to a free (bronze/platinum demo) plan or cancelled so remained in a paid tier. We also discussed the process which we use to determine if we will move into an area to support a new board and had the client fill out the form to let us know there was interest in the area, and that we could not guarantee that service for his area would be added. We do our best at all times to help our clients with their needs, if our advise and policy is ignored we cannot help our clients beyond this point.
