And when I go to view my sites its telling me I have 8 but only 4 are showing?

    Hi there,

WHY am I still getting Jetpack emails from a site when I removed the site?! And when I go to view my sites its telling me I have 8 but only 4 are showing?

Could you please let us know which type of email you are getting? Are emails related to the site down?

It might be possible the site is removed but the Jetpack is still connected to the site which can trigger emails. We can disable this for you if you will share the site URL here.

If you want site URL to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

Yes when the site is down and then again back up.

And the link is selenagomez.net, thank you.

    Hi there

WHY am I still getting Jetpack emails from a site when I removed the site?!

https://selenagomez.net/ still has an active Jetpack connection. If you’d like to disconnect it, you can follow the first part of this guide:

    * [How to disconnect Jetpack](https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#disconnecting-jetpack)

And when I go to view my sites its telling me I have 8 but only 4 are showing?

Do you mean on WordPress.com? It could be that some of your sites are set to hidden. You can read more about that here: https://wordpress.com/support/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

Its not even on the hidden list either.

And I disconnected it a while ago but still getting emails.

    Hi @anarane

It’s possible that you aren’t connected to the right WordPress.com account that connected that site, that’s why you don’t see to find it.

We can disconnect that for you; however, we’ll need to verify ownership before taking such an action.

For this, I’d suggest reaching out to us privately here using the WordPress.com account that connected that site, if you’ve lost access to it, here’s the account recovery process.

Please don’t forget to include a link to this thread.

Done and yes this is the only account I’ve ever used.
