PHP Error “Cannot modify header information” when clicking on Customizer

Whenever I click on “Appearance” > “Customize” in the WP Dashboard, I get a blank page with this error message:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at [server path]/wp-content/plugins/disable-admin-notices/libs/factory/bootstrap/includes/functions.php:177) in [server path]/wp-admin/customize.php on line 126

As soon as I remove the parameters and enter the following URL, I can access the customizer:
Can somebody help with this please?
