WordPress 4.7 Beta 4 is now available!<\/p>\n

This software is still in development,<\/strong> so we don\u2019t recommend you run it on a production site. Consider setting up a test site just to play with the new version. To test WordPress 4.7, try the WordPress Beta Tester<\/a> plugin (you\u2019ll want \u201cbleeding edge nightlies\u201d). Or you can download the beta here<\/a> (zip).<\/p>\n

For more information on what\u2019s new in 4.7, check out the\u00a0Beta 1,<\/a> Beta 2<\/a>, and Beta 3<\/a> blog posts, along with in-depth developer guides on make\/core<\/a>. We\u2019ve made about 60 changes<\/a> in the last few days for beta 4, including tweaks to Twenty Seventeen, custom CSS, and the REST API content endpoints.<\/p>\n
