WP Lead Plus problem

Hi,
When I finish a capture page I get a warning “Your form does not have action URL. Please check your form” . After that when I check the sign up button it does not work, does not point to my sales page.
I consulted Aweber support about it that said could not identify the problem since my form created was perfect. Any clarification of how to point the cause and solve this problem will be appreciated.
